“Don’t tell Summer, but Fall you’re my favorite.” -Bath & Body Works Crisp Morning Air Hand Soap
Happy Monday everyone! This it’s-fall-but-feels-like-summer-outside weather always makes it so hard to figure out what to wear when you’re chomping at the bit to wear fall clothes but it’s just too dang hot to put on a sweater! That’s why I wanted to share this easy, cute look with you all today since it’s perfect for this transitional weather! “Casual Cute” is pretty much my style mantra, so pairing simple, cute dresses with a jacket, flannel, or cardigan and some comfy sneakers is a perfect way to look cute and still be super comfy–goals!!
I’ll be linking all of my outfit details below and also sharing some awesome heels that would go perfectly with this look if you wanted to dress it up a little bit!
First of all, this distressed denim jacket (linked a similar, cheaper version that’s in stock!) from Southern Soul Boutique is what I’ve been looking for ALL MY LIFE! It screams “90’s Vibes” and I’m so in love, I want to live in it! I got it in a size medium so it has a more relaxed, grungy feel! It’s so comfy and it was only $45 (pretty great price compared to other brands)! This grey t-shirt dress from ROMWE was only $13 and it’s the most comfortable dress I own! It’s oversized and would honestly make a perfect night gown. Since it’s oversized, a belt goes perfectly with it because it will accentuate your waistline! This western style belt (linked a cheaper version that is in stock!) is from ASOS and it was only $18! This is such a steal because these belts are so cute and in style and they go with everything! You can wear it with jeans, dresses, denim skirts, anything, and it will make your outfit pop! Since I’m normally always walking to class or somewhere not-so-dressy, I have the perfect pair of tennis shoes (in two colors) that, after a student discount, were only $18 from Ribbon Chix Boutique (linked a similar pair)! They are super comfortable and are perfect for the “Casual Cute” life! I also love layering dainty jewelry! I am a minimalist when it comes to jewelry so a couple bracelets and a few dainty necklaces are my go-to. Here is a gold monogrammed bar necklace and a name bracelet that are similar to the ones I wear every day!
These black western buckle heels (linked a similar, extremely cute pair!) also go perfectly with this outfit if you’re looking to dress it up a little more and they’re only $40!
